Yummy Yammy Muffins
Everyone at the Thanksgiving breakfast table will be thanking you for these yummy, yammy muffins.What You'll Need:
- 4 tablespoons sweet butter
- 1 cup canned yams
- 1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sweet butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Saucepan
- Fork
- Mixing bowl
- Muffin tin and cups
- Honey or jam
Pour the batter into muffin cups in a muffin tin. Bake for about twenty minutes. Let cool a little before serving with honey or jam. Breakfast has never been so yummy, or so yammy.
